What Happens If No One Is At Home For The Drop Off
The driver can leave the parcel for you at the property with a copy of the con note or simply request that the drop off is at a place of work or more suitable location.
What Is The Maximum Size Of A Parcel/Delivery
There is no maximum size for a delivery. We have a variety of vehicles available and will select a suitable vehicle for your delivery.

Do I Make A Booking
Simply
phone 0418883206 and speak to a member of our staff who will take the details
of your delivery and make the booking for you, or email us at www.citycoastparcels@yahoo.com.au
and place the details that way. You will receive an email back within one hour
within business hours, confirming your delivery details.
Same day delivery
bookings must be made before 8 am.
What
Happens If No One Is At Home For The Pick Up
You can leave the
parcel outside and the driver will complete a consignment note on your behalf.
If the driver arrives and the parcel is not available for him to pick up there
will be a $30 futile pickup charge attached to your account.
